IREC Regulated Classes

CORE 2024 - 3.5 hours

A required course developed by the IREC to update licensees on the legislative, legal, and hot topics from the year. This course changes annually and the new version is released every July 1st.

POST001 - Post License Professionalism, Negotiations and Closings - 4 hours

This scenario based course is intended to help new licensees identify elements of professionalism, learn the basics of negotiation, and understand the closing process.

POST003 - Post License Fundamentals 8 hours

This scenario-based course builds skills taught in the sales pre-license course and is recommended to be taken within the first 1-6 months of licensing.

Additional CE Classes

E1016 - Know the Realtor (R) Code of Ethics - 4 hours

This course is approved through NAR and satisfies the Code of Ethics requirement as well as offers 4 CE credits towards your relicensing through IREC.
This course gives an overview of the Code, its articles, and presents the ethics complaint and arbitration process.

E1369 - An Accelerated review of the RE 21- 4 hours

This is a fast paced review of the important nuances that can cause hiccups in a transaction. Understanding these terms will allow the agent to prevent issues while protecting consumers, as well as themselves.

E1478 - Discovering Agency - 2 hours

This class is an in-depth study of the various types of agency available for consumers in the State of Idaho as provided by real estate licensees. The Agency Brochure will be our guide as we navigate through this statuary element of real estate.

E1479 - Negotiations- A Case study - 4 hours

A class that teaches negotiation techniques applicable to the real estate market as it is today. Students will be given a high level overview on creating CMA's, review of the RE21 Purchase and Sale Agreement, and then be able to negotiate on a real estate contract with other students.

E1518 - How to TC your own file - 2 hours

A common complaint heard are agents irritated by the constant request for initials, signatures, missing checkboxes, incomplete or missing documents, or a request for an addendum adding clarification.
This class will help you understand what is needed or why it is being requested. In the end, you may decide to TC your own files, or hire someone to manage the file for you. Either way, you will leave equipped with the ability to reduce errors or the need for corrections.

E1554 - Financing in the RE21- 1 hour

This quick one hour class addresses everything involving money in the purchase and sale agreement. From earnest money, to financing, closing costs etc.

E1564 - What The Forms!- 2 hour

This 2 hour class is a review of most ancillary forms: Blue Brochure, LBP, RE T, 5, 10, 11, 13, 17, 18, 20, 25, 25A, 26, 27, 28, 29, 31, 32, 33, 41, 42, 44, 50, 51.

E1620 - Inspection Contingency Notice- RE 10 a hybrid form- 2 hours

This class is an in depth look at the RE 10 form. Notice with unilateral signature or addendum requiring both parties to sign, deadlines, inspection types, and verbiage for repairs will all be examined.

E1673 - Contracts, Lawyers, Realtors. Oh, my!- 3 hour

This course provides a comprehensive overview of basic contract law and how it impacts the real estate licensee. Topics covered will include unauthorized practice of law, types and validity of contracts, contract elements, legally competent parties, and misrepresentation.

1368678 - Settlement, Forms, and Value Proposition 3 hours

Participants will leave with a clear understanding of how to navigate the new IR forms and adapt their value propositions in light of the NAR settlement, alongside acionable best practices for engaging with buyers and sellers,
